The Brixton BookJam is a FREE quarterly literary event that is unpredictable, eclectic, and aims to curate the very best in South London writing. From a-listers to talented unknowns, each BookJam brings a range of talent to our dedicated and passionate audience.

Doors will open at 7.30pm, with the first of three sets starting at 8pm, and running till about 10.30pm.

The next BookJam will be on 1st June 2015, at our regular venue the Hootananny – we will be hearing from:

Alex Wheatle, Tamim Sadikali, Jean Smith, Graham Buchan, Tony White, Valdemar Alsop, Kirsten Innes, John Cullen, Joanna Biggs, Monique Roffey, David McGrath and our very own Zelda Rhiando.
